Initial Consultation & Brief
Every engagement begins with a structured conversation — not a sales pitch. We sit with the family and couple to understand the scope: number of events, guest count, venues under consideration, cultural and religious requirements, non-negotiables, and budget range. This brief becomes the foundation of everything that follows.
Concept & Design Development
Once the brief is clear, we develop the event concept — theme, colour palette, décor direction, mood for each ceremony. We present options, incorporate feedback, and lock in a direction before any vendor is engaged. Nothing is left to interpretation later.
Vendor Selection & Contracting
We work with a curated network of trusted vendors — caterers, decorators, photographers, videographers, makeup artists, sound and lighting teams, priests, and more. We brief each vendor, negotiate terms, and manage all contracts on the family's behalf. You are not chasing anyone. We are.
Timeline & Logistics Planning
Every ceremony gets a detailed run-of-show: arrival times, setup windows, vendor check-ins, ceremony sequences, meal service timing, and buffer zones for the unexpected. This document is shared with the family and every vendor well in advance — so everyone is working from the same plan.
On-Ground Execution
On the day of each ceremony, our team is present from setup to shutdown. We manage vendor arrivals, oversee décor installation, coordinate the sequence of rituals, handle guest management, and resolve anything that surfaces — before the family or guests are even aware it was an issue.
Post-Event Wrap & Closeout
Once the celebrations are over, we handle the closeout — vendor settlements, venue clearance, and a final event debrief to ensure everything was perfect.
